the flourish collective provide a variety of psychological, health and wellbeing services to children, young people, inidviduals and their families across the psychological and developmental therapeutic space.
Our transdisciplinary team provide face-to-face and online individual consultations tailored specifically to your needs, along with group work.
Our clinicians of varying disciplines and qualifications work across most areas of services. We try to best fit the clinician to the individual needs rather than allocating based on qualification.
We are located in a warm, friendly space where individuals and groups have opportunities to connect in both indoor and outdoor spaces alongside our animals.
We welcome all types of referrals. Please be aware we do have a waitlist, and it will be unlikely you would be seen immediately.
For those on the waitlist we do offer a variety of brief options to try to support while waiting for ongoing care. Many of these options are built into school holiday periods, so please let us know if this is an option for you.
Our dietetics supports are generally available within a couple of weeks unless you request a joint mental health / dietetics session which can take a little time to coordinate but can be very valuable as a first step forward where there is significant crossover. These joint sessions can provide you with guidance about the first steps forward taking into account both perspectives.
We also provide Single Session Consults (SSC) for:
- parents with concerns about their child
- people and support people of all ages in relation to eating, food and body image concerns.
You can request this while waiting for ongoing care or as a meaningful one-off option to understand a particular concern. If you are working with a practitioner that would like additional supports / recommendations regarding a particular aspect of your care, for example eating/ food/ body image concerns, an SSC can provide clarity of diagnosis and specific recommendations that would uniquely support your care. We welcome individuals to bring support people or their practitioner along to the session if they feel this would be helpful.
Please let us know if:
- you or a family member works for NTG as we are a provider for their EAP
- health care card holder or experiencing financial stress - we have pathways of care
- NDIS
- have a Medicare based plan (Mental Health Treatment Plan, Eating Disorder Plan, or Chronic Disease Plan for dietetics)
